Northwest District officers provide uniformed field patrol and investigative services to the geographical area depicted on the map below. With its headquarters building at 3821 Industrial Boulevard, the District is staffed with approximately 200 sworn and 10 civilian employees and is under the command of Major Paul Ciesielski. The District covers about 66 square miles with a 2000 population estimate of 139,263.
