Only the parties of record or the attorney representing either party in a child support case can request a copy of a child support payment history. The cost to purchase a copy of a payment history is $1 for a regular copy or $2 for a court-certified document.
You can purchase a print out of your payment history in person at the Marion County Clerk’s Office, located in room W-123 in the City-County Building, 200 E. Washington Street. Office hours are 8AM to 4:30PM, Monday through Friday except on court holidays.
To request a print-out by mail, include your name, case number (if known) and/or the name of the non-custodial parent along with a check or money order for each copy along with a self-addressed stamped envelope. Mail the request to:
