CONTINUOUS LEAK

This is any leak that will not stop after fueling is done and the hose is hung up. Press the emergency kill switch to shut down power to all fuel pumps. If leak is still continuous, use the gas line phone or dial 327-2726 to call the fuel section and someone will respond immediately to completely shut down the entire site. Contact emergency resources and/or Central Dispatch (327-1620) to dispatch personnel to contain the flow of fuel.

NON-CONTINUOUS SEVERE LEAK/SPILL

This is a leak/spill that puts more than 5 gallons of fuel on the ground during fueling, but stops flowing after the hose is hung up. Contact Central Dispatch (327-1620) to dispatch OES personnel for clean-up. The fuel section will also respond to the site to help contain the fluid or install barriers as needed.

NON-CONTINUOUS SMALL LEAK/SPILL

This is a leak/spill that puts less than 5 gallons of fuel on the ground during fueling. Contact Central Dispatch (327-1620) to dispatch clean-up personnel. The fuel section will identify the leak source as soon as possible and disable the hose/pump as necessary.
