Science Bound

Science Bound, a program created by Purdue University President Martin Jischke and Purdue alum Bob Bowen of Bowen Engineering offers Indianapolis Public School students full-tuition scholarships to Purdue University to study in a math or science-related field.

Program requirements include maintaining a required GPA, participating in after-school programming, and attending summer programs and weekend trips to Purdue. Today, there are more than 150 students between 8th and 10th grade in Science Bound.

The Indianapolis Clean Stream Team is proud to partner with Science Bound, developing fundraising campaigns to endow an environmental scholarship in the organization’s name. To learn more about Science Bound, visit www.purdue.edu/sciencebound or call the Clean Stream Team office at 327.8720.
