This
web-based system enables you to submit qualifications for City of
Indianapolis Capital Improvement Projects without having to file
a single piece of paper with the City. Although you are welcome to
supplement an electronic submittal with paper, you must submit
electronically in order to be considered. The paperless process provides
an additional benefit to contractors: changes, updates and additions
to your qualification can be done online all the way up until the
actual deadline given by the City.
The RFQ process works
on a deadline system. If you want to be notified by email when new
