QUALIFICATIONS: Doctor of Jurisprudence from an accredited college or university and a valid legal license to practice law in the state of Indiana. Four (4) years experience practicing law preferred. Effective research, litigation, and advisory skills are required. Furthermore, a knowledge of legislative processes, municipal codes, and administrative law are helpful. |

QUALIFICATIONS: Skills and knowledge required will be those normally acquired through a degree or certificate from a Certified Paralegal Program. A knowledge of legal terms and the ability to perform legal research are required. Effective analytical, communication, organization, and computer skills are preferred. |
