QUALIFICATIONS:  High School diploma and three (3) to five (5) years of assessor office experience including performing calculations, verifying data, and the processing and computer entry of documents or a four (4) year degree and two (2) years of practical work experience, preferably in real estate.  Effective in treatment of customers whether face to face and/or telephonically in a professional and courteous manner.  Must be able to establish and set priorities according to time sensitive information in order to have continued success in this position.  Must be able to hear as well as communicate effectively in oral, verbal, and written formats.
