Preparation of Legal Notices For each land use petition filed, the petitioner is required to notify neighboring landowners and specified neighborhood groups and agencies of the request. Our staff prepares the required Legal Notice of Public Hearing for the petitioner, and notifies the petitioner when it has been prepared.
