The Inspection Services staff perform zoning, building, right of way inspections. Zoning inspectors conduct inspections for compliance with land use and development standards of the City of Indianapolis Zoning Ordinances. Building inspectors conduct inspections of residential and commercial construction for compliance with local and national building codes. Right of way inspectors conduct inspections of all permitted work in the right of way.
