- Is Governed by a 5-member Board of Directors, appointed by the Mayor.
- Has an Executive Director and full-time staff of 10.
- Is a Financing Conduit for City, County and Q.E.s.
- Q.E.s include Airport Authority, CIB, IndyGo, and Library among others.
- Also manages development projects, such as Union Station, Circle Block and Block's Building renovation.
- Historically has been used as a tool to assist the City to meet its financing goals.
